Platinum Career Coaching is aimed at senior executives. Its main course is the Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching, for practising coaches, human resources (HR) and learning and development staff, and managers who want to coach. Each programme has five workshop days, split into a three-day part and a two-day part about two weeks apart, with no more than 12 delegates. Most groups meet in person, and a few run over Zoom each year. Graduates can go on to the five-day Advanced Diploma in Transformational Coaching. For organisations, it trains internal coaches and mentors, and runs managed coaching programmes, in person for senior executives or online at larger scale.
