Is listing on CompareHQ free?
Yes, a standard Free listing costs nothing. Professional and Premium are paid tiers that add case studies, testimonials/reviews, enhanced visibility, and direct buyer enquiry notifications, with Premium adding homepage featuring, priority support, and the option to offer CompareHQ users a special discount or benefit. Paid tiers never affect your rating, reviews, or accreditation data, and no plan guarantees leads, enquiries, or sales.
How much does Professional or Premium cost?
We'll take you through pricing on a short call. Get in touch and we'll arrange one. When you're ready, you can upgrade from your provider portal and pay securely by card.
Can I update my listing once it's live?
Yes. Contact us with any changes and we'll get them updated.
Can Free providers upload case studies or add testimonials?
No. Case studies and testimonials/reviews are available on Professional and Premium.
Do Premium providers have to offer a discount?
No. The Premium Provider Offer is completely optional. If you choose to participate, you set your own offer, terms, and eligibility, and you're responsible for fulfilling it. CompareHQ isn't the seller and doesn't fund or administer it.
Does any plan get priority category placement?
No. CompareHQ doesn't sell category exclusivity or a guaranteed category ranking, on any tier.
Does Professional or Premium guarantee leads or enquiries?
No. CompareHQ doesn't guarantee leads, enquiries, sales, or search ranking on any plan. Paid tiers increase visibility and access to buyer-facing features, not commercial outcomes.
